INTERMITTENT FASTING WHEN YOU ARE FROM INDIA (My Real Story)

India The mixer of many types of people and food.Foods healthy v/s non-healthy lets talk about later about this topic. at first when It’s India and Indian foods every one think it’s spicy & oily.you know i am a Indian and i love foods and spicy things.Intermittent fasting or IF Or flexible dieting no one talking it about basically in India.So now what i am a young age women  who love foods but want to be fit and strong and want a lean body.basically as Indian language want to be a sexy women want a body like celebrities.so yes i start hardcore gym(5-6days in a week) basically followed a strict diet because in India your gym instructor tell you to do this.so what fight with cravings missed my childhood life when calories don’t come in your life.basically i am killing me everyday and waiting for those cheat-day then again get back on track and gym that was very hard for me.so let give you my small measurements i am now 5’7(170cm) but now am 173cm and weight is 54kg and i am 21year old women who has now 24.8inch waist size and strong core with abs line.my old measurement was 68kg with 34inch waist.so i start doing intermittent fasting from 2 years ago. believe me if you live in India and eat Indian food it’s really work it’s make your life easy and you can get your desire shape.i try it. now i go to gym only 3 days in a week lift weights.now i can enjoy ice creams gluten free foods(chips,other stuffs) and good and high quality dark chocolates and maintain my under 12% body fat.i skip breakfast take one or two big meal in a day i try to consume protein from foods don’t waste my money and calories on supplements(i know we Indian love cash on delivery and supplements😛 ) i fast for 18 hrs at fasting period i take sparkling water or club soda(made with purified water & co2) then take two cups of black coffee without sugar(using sugar free). I take this coffee before and after workout to boost my body performance and mental alertness. then break my fast with one or two red apply or some time i take bananas.i don’t maintains any 8hrs eating window and believe me if you are women you will mess up with your hormones and miss you periods every one will tell you that that’s not true i am a women i try this nothing bad happen.at first time you feel hungry but day by day your body adopt this food habit.i cook my own foods try to use less oil and species(use olive oil,coconut oil mainly).  This is my you tube channel link.check my videos you you like it subscribe to my channel comment down below and thumbs up stay tune🙂  link:-
